Information Technology Based Joint Funding Services are a civil agreement between Lender and Borrower, so that all risks arising from the agreement are borne entirely by each party.
The risk of financing or default is borne entirely by lender. No state institution or authority is responsible for this risk of default.
The Organizer, with the consent of each User (Lender and/or Recipient of Lending), accesses, obtains, stores, manages and/or uses the User's personal data ("Data Utilization") on or in objects, electronic devices (including smartphones or mobile phones), hardware or software, electronic documents, applications or electronic systems owned by the User or controlled by the User, by notifying the purpose, limitations and mechanism of the Data Utilization to the User concerned before obtaining the said consent.
Lenders who do not have financing knowledge and experience are advised not to use this service.
Borrowers must consider the rate of return and other costs according to their ability to repay the financing.
Every fraud is recorded digitally on the internet and can be known to the public on social media.
Users must read and understand this information before making a decision to become a Lender or Borrower.
The Government, in this case the Financial Services Authority, is not responsible for any violation or non-compliance by Users, either Fund Providers or Fund Recipients (whether due to the User's intention or negligence) with regard to the provisions of laws and regulations or agreements or contracts between the Organizer and Lender and/or Borrower.
Every transaction and financing activity or implementation of an agreement regarding financing or involving the Organizer, Funder and/or Fund Recipient must be carried out through an escrow account and virtual account as required by Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 10/POJK.05/2022 concerning Information Technology-Based Joint Funding Services and violations or non-compliance with these provisions are evidence of a violation of the law by the Organizer so that the Organizer is obliged to bear compensation suffered by each User as a direct result of the violation of the law above without reducing the rights of Users who suffer losses according to the Civil Code.
If you contact and or are contacted by a telephone number/Whatsapp and or social media account outside the telephone number/Whatsapp and or official social media account of PT Dana Syariah Indonesia, then all risks will be your responsibility and PT Dana Syariah Indonesia will be released from all responsibility for the consequences arising from the communication/interaction/chat. PT Dana Syariah Indonesia does not have/appoint or cooperate with any party to use other than the telephone number/Whatsapp and or official social media account of PT Dana Syariah Indonesia contained on this site to contact you.
We will keep your Personal Data confidential. However, you agree that we may disclose your Personal Data to parties deemed necessary by us in connection with our business activities as an Information Technology-Based Joint Funding Service Provider, including but not limited to :
1. director, commissioner, or employee;
2. partners and providers of supporting services for PT Dana Syariah Indonesia's business activities, including channeling cooperation partners, payment gateway providers, banks, electronic certification providers for the creation of electronic signatures, legal consultants, financial consultants, technical consultants and tax consultants to provide relevant supporting services;
3. Fintech Data Center (FDC) established by the Indonesian Joint Funding Fintech Association (AFPI), for the purposes of reporting your financing data as a Fund Recipient at PT Dana Syariah Indonesia;
4. other parties related to the business activities of PT Dana Syariah Indonesia; and
5. Financial Services Authority, Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center, and other authorized parties in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations.
